Graciéla Cadet is a Nurse Leader who has worked in various role including Critical Care (as a Flight Nurse), Healthcare Management (as Deputy Chief Nursing Officer) and Teaching. She holds a master’s degree in business administration, she was part of the first cohort of the Global Nurse Executive Fellowship of Partners in Health and a HEAL alumni as well. She is a strong advocate for nursing leadership and has worked to improve healthcare systems in Haiti. Additionally, Graciéla has worked on projects focused on quality improvement, she has been led by a desire to promote social justice and equity in healthcare. Her passion for teaching and learning aims her to inspire and prepare future generations of nurses, through the andragogy techniques, advancing the profession and enhancing patient care.
